Domus has three types of extractor fans to choose from, to meet a range of different installation requirements. One of the extractor fans that we offer is the Axial Fan. These extractor fans are designed to move air over short distances. These extractor fans would be typically fitted through a wall or a window. However fans will not work efficiently if the distance between the fan and the termination point is over 1.5m.

Another range of extractor fans that we offer is the Centrifugal Fans. These extractor fans are designed to move air over long distances. The way these fans work is when the air enters the impeller in an axial direction and leaves it in a radial, this creates high pressure enabling the air to travel quicker and further. These extractor fans only perform effectively for ducting runs of up to 15m. We also have a round slim-line axial fan called the DiscFan for those who require a more stylish flush fitting installation.

The final range of extractor fans that Domus offer is, the Mixed Flow Fans (In-Line). These extractor fans are designed for air movement over medium distances. A mixed flow impeller combines the features of the Centrifugal and the Axial extractor fans and as a result the higher pressure generated allows it to move air over long distances than an axial fan. These extractor fans perform effectively for ducting runs of between 2-4m. To complement the in-line duct fans Domus has a combined light and internal vent called the VentLight that is ideal for installation within shower cubicles to provide both soft atmospheric lighting and an attractive air vent.
